What is the Simpact Program?

Simpact is an eight-week job preparation program that helps you get ready for work in various fields like administration, data entry, marketing, and more. It’s all about helping you build networks, gain confidence in workplace language, and create a personalized plan to get back to work.

Why Join Simpact?

  1. Build Networks: Meet and connect with other newcomers and professionals, creating a network that can support your career journey in Canada.

  2. Hands-On Experience: Participate in practical exercises and projects that mimic real workplace scenarios, giving you confidence and skills you can apply to your future job.

  3. Personalized Coaching: Work with  Employment Specialists to develop a return-to-work action plan tailored to your needs.

  4. Guest Speakers: Learn from industry experts and guest speakers who provide insights into the Canadian workforce and wellness strategies.

Who Can Join?

To be eligible for Simpact, you should be:

  • A Convention Refugee, Permanent Resident, Ukrainian Temporary Resident, or Protected Person.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Job-ready with a minimum English language level equivalent to CLB 5.
