The Soft Skills Solutions� program is designed to help participants gain the necessary employability skills that employers are seeking in job candidates. This workshop is the third unit Soft Skills Solutions� Certificate. This workshop will focus on Collaboration skills. Participants will learn the importance of collaboration and teamwork in workplace as well as tools to improve their own teamwork skills and how to be the person everyone wants to work with. This workshop will focus on key learning such as how collaboration helps increase productivity and how essential good collaboration skills are to all workplaces.
