Why This Role?
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of customer interactions. Job Skills works closely with the Peel Region business community and helps bridge the gap between people searching for work and the companies who are hiring. Job Skills is currently assisting a Mississauga employer who is searching for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service setting, ideally within an inbound call center. If you’re adept at using Microsoft Office and can communicate fluently in English, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Support: You’ll provide exceptional service and sales support via phone and email, managing inquiries from our eCommerce website and eBay store.
- Client Assistance: Helping consignment clients with their daily account activities will be part of your routine, ensuring their experience with us is seamless.
- Issue Resolution: You’ll resolve order issues promptly, while also identifying the root cause and proposing improvements.
- Data Entry: Administrative tasks and data entry will be regular parts of your day-to-day responsibilities.
What is Being Offered?
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 per year, based on your experience. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, with weekend availability if needed.
